The first literary work I read was "The Little Prince" of Antoint de Saint Exûpery I really liked it because it offered a variety of ideas which are very helpful in life, and how a person can act when facing a bad situation in love. I was born in Santa Ana, a city of El Salvador Republic. I grew up studying in a private school, and right there I knew I liked reading. I read some common tales, and I did not like them because I used to think they were very boring, but actually they were very incomprehensible for me because of the culture a kid has in this country. I began reading other works like "La Última Guinda" of Manlio Argueta, and some anthologies of women writers from El Salvador, and works related to the Civil Salvadorean War during the 80´s.
